Vegetables:
The vegetables can be boiled if you don't have a steamer of some sort. Cooking time varies depending on the size you cut the vegetables. Always try to cut your vegetables (relatively) the same size for even cooking. You can salt the veggetables durring cooking for more even seasoning but I personally prefer the raw taste of the veggetables. Zucchinis would work great here, as well as sweet potatoes and any other root vegetable really. Get creative, that is what cooking (the hobby) is all about.

Fish:
Always add the herbs under the fish to prevent burning. You can add any herbs or/and spices you like. Oregano goes well too. Eat all the fish fat, that is where the omega 3 fatty acids are. Your brain will thank you.

Sauce:
The sauce is a simple combination of oil and water, with mustard working as an emulsifier, binding the different liquid phases. You can add any herb in the sauce (I usually add oregano), hot sauce, or even spices like red peppercorns. Get creative and always taste to adjust the seasoning.

Be warned!
Raw fish doesn't last in the fridge more than a day or two. Buy fish to cook it, not to store it.

Last but not least:
If you can't find salmon, or it is too expensive for you, or you are afraid of the heavy metals that bigger fish contain (although you are probably safe if you don't eat salmon every other day), go for sardines. They are cheap, rich in omega 3 fatty acids and widely available even canned (although more expensive than fresh, at least where I am from). I will probably make a video on sardines but you can follow the same cooking method.
