Did you know that the iconic band, AC DC was formed in Sydney, Australia? Even though the founding brothers Angus and Malcom Young were born in Glasgow, Scotland, their family eventually moved to Sydney, Australia and that's where the band was formed. Malcom and Angus formed the band in 1973. In 1975 they moved the band to Melbourne and their album High Voltage was released exclusively in Australia. Then in 1976 the album was released internationally. Also in 1976 the band moved to London and released Let There Be Rock in 1977. In 1979 the band released the album Highway to Hell and brought them international acclaim. AC DC is one of the most well known bands of all time and their music can be heard to this day and is also popular in movies.
