About the Speaker & Moderator:
Mr. Sanjay Pulipaka is currently the chairperson of the Politeia Research Foundation. He was previously a Senior Fellow for Research Programmes and Strategic Neighbourhood at the Delhi Policy Group; Senior Fellow at the Nehru Memorial Museum Library; and Senior Consultant at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). Sanjay Pulipaka was a Pavate Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge, UK, and a former Fulbright Fellow in the Conflict Transformation Programme, in the United States. Sanjay‘s areas of interest include India‘s foreign policy, Indian politics, India‘s Look East/Act East Policy, South Asia, China and BRI, the Indo- Pacific, East Asian Security, Myanmar, regional cooperation and connectivity issues. He has considerable work experience in strengthening participatory political processes, governance frameworks and platforms for wider consultation.

Dr. Vignesh Ram has subject area expertise in Geopolitics and International Relations. He is academically qualified with a PhD in the subject. He carries multi-disciplinary experience in the field of research cutting across areas of government policy research, think tanks and academics, science and technology research, political consulting, geopolitics, and corporate global risk analysis. He has been able to work closely to provide corporates and threat intelligence teams, International and domestic stakeholders, and other interested parties to develop and provide insights on geopolitics and international relations and its impact on various cycles of business operations. He has had operational experience in setting up and heading a division in the previous stint driving research and policy insights as well as training analysts in research and writing.
