Welcome to GUIDED PRANA VIDYA MEDITATION with REIKI HEALING video to guide you through a deep, traditional prana vidya meditation, infused with Golden Lotus Reiki to assist you in a deep exploration of prana, the vital life force energy, developing abilities to channel the prana at will. You will access subtle levels of consciousness and heal the body and mind through awareness control.

Many peoples throughout the ages have been working with prana as a tool of healing: yogis, shamans, medicine people, and traditional healers. We are all energy. We come from energy (the source). When we learn how to work with the energy around us and the energy which is us, we can utilize its flow to heal us: safely, naturally, freely.

In the past, pranic healing was an art and science passed down from teacher to student through various initiations and activations. A lot of the information was shrouded in mystery and the teachings were hidden, not written down. Now, in this age and time we can access numerous books and videos about these sacred arts, and we can use these esoteric tools to heal ourselves.

It is my soul's mission to provide as much useful, valuable information to humanity as I possibly can, so here I am sharing a Prana Vidya meditation with you.
