If you are in possession of any of John's material that we haven't yet discovered, or in better quality than what is currently uploaded, please get in touch so we can arrange to get it digitized. We are still actively trying to source the rest of Doc's master tapes for his other albums to complete his discography. If you worked on the recording or have any information that may be of use, please get in touch. There is a contact form on the website noted above!

John Doc has a wide and enthusiastic audience in his home County of Lanarkshire and throughout the whole of Scotland. John, who accompanies himself on the piano, is widely acclaimed as the best vocalist to have emerged from Scotland in recent years and is currently resident at the popular nite spot in MOTHERWELL.
This record has been made at the request of his vast following.
Selecting only eleven numbers from his vast repertoire has been a very difficult job but we hope that his many fans will find great satisfaction from one or more of them.
Gerry Gallen
Engineer – James Spenceley
Producer – Jim McLean
Music Director – Nick Welsh
Recorded on the 22nd October 1976.
