Red Valley - Live Session in Cahuil (2023) Red Valley is a stoner/doom trio formed in 2015 in Rancagua (Chile) inspired by the dense psychedelia, with dusty and heavy overtones of vintage rock bands from the late 60s, 70s. So far they have released two official records: a self-titled EP in 2018, and as part of a split with three local bands in which they collaborated with two compositions in 2020. The “Live in Cahuil” session consists of 5 songs and was recorded during the winter of 2022 at the Millaco campsite, located on the shores of the Nilahue estuary in the town of Cahuil, Pichilemu. Finally, the band apologizes for being quiet at the time of recording but the electricity was too strong and dangerous.
