In this video I demonstrate how the clave can be used to practice funk groves. I play several grooves from two Tower of Power songs Soul Vaccination and On The Serious Side against one of the two types of clave. The claves types are the Son and Rumba Claves. Watch the video for more detailed explanation of clave and sound demonstration of "The Funk" when practicing against clave.
