Vacuum Cleaner

Children munching on candy so sweet
Leaving wrappers strewn at their feet
Mom comes home and finds a mess
She grabs the vacuum without protest

The vacuum wanders through each room
Sucking up trash, leaving nothing in bloom
But as it goes under a bed, it spies
A child hiding, avoiding its eyes

The kids were playing behind the shrubs,
The vacuum noticed they hiding the shrubs
It sucked up a child, which gave them quite a scare,
Kids helped free them, and they ran away.

One child was left, running for his life,
He found the switch and turned off the strife,
The vacuum is noising and starting to shake,
the kids came out, happy and awake.
