"Two Step Intermezzo March". Also a darn good Texas rag. There were four rags with the title "Doll Rags", all between the years 1905 and 1909. This one was by an otherwise unknown composer, published by Thomas Goggan and Bros. in Galveston, Dallas, etc. in 1906.
Original score source was from the Charles Templeton Sheet Music Collection at Mississippi State University at this link:

This is a reproduction of the original score. Corrected the E and A notes in the bass of measure 36 from eighths to sixteenths; the D#-C# at measure 84 to a C# octave. Changed the C-E in the bass of measure 94 to C-F (sounds better).
